Communication Skills for Managers

The course is designed for middle management. Participants acquire skills needed in order to effectively solve various workplace scenarios. We use a mix of theory, case studies and roleplaying.

We will cover the following topics:

  • Communication and its importance for the company
  • Analyzing communication styles
  • "Coaching" your employees
  • Using negotiation methods to deal with difficult situations

The course is designed for the participants to acquire practical skills that can be applied in the work environment, but is also useful for those who need to utilize these skills in English. Participants receive materials that include a Czech-English glossary with useful expressions that can be used to develop their business English vocabulary as well as new communication skills.
